Service Agreement
Terms and Conditions for Our Transfer Services
This service agreement is a legal document between Misra VIP Transfer ("Agency") and the customer receiving transfer services ("Consumer"), defining the mutual rights and responsibilities of the parties.

2 Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the transfer service purchased by the Consumer from the Agency.
Within the scope of the service, the Agency undertakes to provide transfer service on the date, time, and route determined by the Consumer.
3 Term of the Agreement
This agreement enters into force on the date the Agency confirms the reservation and automatically terminates once the Consumer has received the service, provided no dispute arises.
In the event of a dispute, the provisions of this agreement remain in effect until the dispute is definitively resolved.
4 Payment and Billing Information
- For credit card payments the Consumer must pay the service fee during the reservation.
- The quoted service fee includes VAT.
- Completing the reservation and payment implies acceptance of Misra VIP Transfer's terms and conditions.
- Complaints and refund requests must be submitted within 14 (fourteen) days after the service date.
- Invoices must be issued within seven days from the purchase date, without crossing into the next month, pursuant to tax regulations.
- Upon request, the invoice will be shipped to the address specified by the Consumer.
- Some vehicles on our website may only be booked with prepayment.
- Prepaid vehicles must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance based on Turkey local time.
5 Cancellation and Change Terms
✓ 12 Hours or More Before Service Start:
If the Consumer cancels, 100% of the paid service fee is refunded.
⚠ Less Than 12 Hours Before Service Start:
50% of the one-way fee is refunded. For round trips, the full return leg is reimbursed.
✕ Special Cases:
Campaign services, early bookings, or discounted reservations are subject to special cancellation rules.
Note: Date changes requested by the Consumer are subject to the cancellation provisions.
6 General Provisions
If the Agency determines it cannot perform the transfer due to mechanical failure, accidents, operational issues, severe weather, traffic congestion, acts of terror, or law-enforcement checks that prevent the start or continuation of service, it will attempt to provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible and/or inform the Consumer.
In such cases the paid transfer fee will be refunded to the Consumer without deduction, and any price difference arising from transportation the Consumer arranges independently will also be covered by the Agency.
The Consumer agrees to comply with the service agreement rules and to respect the life, property, and comfort of third parties; otherwise the Agency may refuse service for just cause and no refund will be granted.
7 Enforcement and Dispute Resolution
Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
As the Consumer, I declare that I have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this service agreement prepared in my name, that the information in my reservation form is accurate, and that I have reviewed the information on the website.
